BB FlashBack Express allows you to record your computer screen, sound, webcam input, etc. and saves them as Flash and AVI videos. It can record either the audio playing on your computer or microphone input. It comes with useful features such as scheduling the recording at specific time, stopping the recording when file size exceeds a limit, etc.
